These are new, 24 inch, chrome, specialty barstools. They have footrests and a swivel seat. The seat is made of a New Orleans Saints NFL Football themed fabric. The sides of the seat have nice metal work and there are feet protectors on the bottom of each leg. These are great for kitchen or shop, or spread around a game room or patio setting.
