These are new 24" Chrome metal bar stools with footrests and swivel seats with a backrest! The seats are made of the custom White vinyl shown in the picture. They are one of a kind and very nice. The pads are 14" across and the seat is 24" tall. The entire height is 34" to the top of the backrest. The sides of the seat have nice metal work and there are feet protectors on the bottom of each leg. This is for two 24" stools.
